About These Pages

The majority of the pages on kb8ojh.net represent original content created by me because I found the topic interesting. I make every effort to ensure that this content is correct and complete. If you have a question, comment, or correction for anything you see here, please contact me at the link found at the bottom of most pages.

Much of what you'll find here is related to Amateur Radio, electronics, or software programming. I am a Computer Scientist by day, so programming is a forté, but other content is just a hobby for me. Your mileage will likely vary accordingly!

Feel free to use any of this content in your own explorations. Be mindful of any software or hardware licenses you find; most software written by me will be under a Free Software license such as the GNU GPL, which means that you can use it as you like, but you have some obligations should you redistribute it. Hardware designs (such as board layouts and schematics) created by me are generally licensed under the Creative Commons CC BY-SA or a similar license, which has comparable terms to the GPL in many ways. If you don't see specific licensing on something you are interested in modifying or redistributing, please contact me and I will clarify. All of my work on this site is presented in the spirit of Amateur Radio, to encourage exploration and education. Works by other individuals which are reproduced here may be licensed differently, and their license terms must be respected.

Unless otherwise marked, the informational contents of this site created by me are licensed under the Creative Commons CC BY-NC-SA.

My personal pages can be found elsewhere on this site. My personal blog, in particular. It's mostly not radio-related.
